T.A. Lee is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in liability, commercial and environmental litigation. He is Of Counsel to Conway, Farrell, Curtin & Kelly providing liability defense on behalf of property owners, construction companies, and other insureds against claims for personal injuries and property damage.  He has also been associated with defense firms representing medical professionals, hospitals and facilities, large and small companies, and other individuals in the areas of medical malpractice, premise liability, and products liability.

He has extensive experience in appellate practice and has successfully argued before the First and Second Departments.  His reported cases include: Mosezhnik v. Berenstein, 33 AD3d 895 (2d Dept 2006); Dokaj v. Ruxton Tower, Ltd, 55AD3d 662 (2d Dept 2008); Dyer v. Armor Kone, 41 AD3d 305 (1st Dept 2007); Shell v. Kone, 90 AD3d 890 (2d Dept 2011).
